I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience I had with Resistance Exteriors from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was outstanding. The salesman (Andrew) was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very easy to work with. The manager Tom, was excellent as well—he made sure everything was handled properly and that I was completely satisfied throughout the entire process. The roofing crew did an exceptional job. They were hardworking, respectful, professional, and paid close attention to detail. They took pride in their work, kept the job site clean, and did an excellent job replacing my roof. It is refreshing to deal with a company that truly stands behind its work and treats its customers with respect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof or roofing work. They have earned every one of these five stars! After researching roofing companies, I settled on Resistance Exteriors.  Very glad I did.  The sales person (Rob) was professional and helped guide our decision.  The crew showed up on time, got the job done, and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. The things that impressed me most is when almost a year later we thought there was an issue.  The owner (Tom) came over to our house twice to determine the source of the issue.  Even though he was most likely sure it wasn't related to their work he came anyway. Turns out he was right, nothing to do with their work but due to his efforts we now know what to do.  This is pure excellent customer service that is so rare these days. My experience with Resistance Exteriors was excellent. Tom was wonderful on my roof in the rain to assess the situation and recommend repairs.   The roof and venting issues were repaired in a very timely manner due to additional rain coming. Both Ashley and Tom were terrific, thoughtful explaining everything I needed to do to repair outside and inside damages. If I could give more than five stars I would. Resistance Exteriors was easy to work with from the initial contact to job completion. We had an our roof, soffit, facia, gutters, and siding removed and installed. My overall experience with Rob and the team at Resistance Exteriors (RE) was a good one.  We had a new CertainTeed NorthGate roof system installed along with new 6" seamless gutters.  Our old roof was comprised of 26-year-old cedar shakes that were beginning to fall apart. I was a bit apprehensive about the potential extra effort for the tear-off process but the RE team did a fantastic job with that as well as the overall clean-up of the surrounding area.  From the beginning, the process with RE was easy and straightforward.  Rob provided a complete, no pressure estimate that was broken down enough to understand exactly what we were getting.  I solicited a total of 5 quotes for the exact same scope of work and products for the job.  RE was my choice not solely based upon costs, but also from how the site walk and proposal process was conducted by Rob as well as recommendations from neighbors who had RE replace their roofs in recent years.  The crews for both the roofing and gutters were professional and did a great job.  We had a couple of minor punch-list items that RE worked with us to schedule and take of at the end of the job.  They were very good about ensuring the job was completed to our satisfaction.  I'm extremely happy with the end product.  It looks great and will give me peace of mind towards protecting our home for many years to come.  I would use RE again for future potential work and would certainly recommend them to others. We had a hole in our roof caused by a raccoon.  We contacted Resistance Exteriors and they were able to assist us immediately.  Andrew inspected the roof the same day and the roof was repaired in several days, before we had a rainstorm that would have caused serious damage.
