Tom is a class act. I worked with him for over a year in the planning and eventual execution of a complete exterior remodel including full windows (not part of his scope but he helped plan that portion), replacement of cedar shake roof and full replacement of cedar siding/trim/facia to full LP Smartside (with Diamond Kote finish) and eventual installation of new gutters. There were bumps in the process and Tom helped work through everything to get things completed as planned. Doing a job of this size is never easy and Tom made sure to handle everything promptly and professionally. Highly Recommend.

Working with Tom and his team was easy from start to finish. I needed a new roof and gutters for a 1940 home. Tom came to review my project, talk me through the process, and discuss my options. Tom was knowledge and made himself and his team available for questions. His quote was realistic and transparent. When it came to get me on the schedule, they worked with me while I was out of town to keep me informed, and when my water heater and chimney were and issue, Tom was able to bring in his HVAC contact to fix the solution appropriately and effectively. Resistance Exteriors completed a full shingle replacement including new rain gutters and a leaf guard system. Tom and his team did a wonderful job. The results exceeded expectations. They were the most detailed and thorough roofing company. Their installation process and added steps was well beyond the competitors. Resistance Exteriors was very competitive. Our installation was not part of insurance claim so price was a factor. Equally important was quality, installation and service. That was the deciding factor.
