We’ve had the opportunity of working with Resistance Exteriors on several projects. Imagine a leak appearing in a home the day that you list it for sale. Andrew came out that day and assessed the problem and Jamie thoughtfully completed the repair all long before the closing date. When replacing the roof on our own home, Tom and Andrew guided us every step of the way, helping us select the perfect color and style of shingles and gutters, resulting in a beautiful new roof that greatly enhanced the whole property. Whether it be the problem solving involved in repairing a leak or installing a brand new roof, Resistance Exteriors genuinely cares about their customers and they go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are satisfied with the results.

In 2026, Resistance Exteriors replaced the siding and trim on my dad's condo in Brookfield. Not only did they do an excellent job on the siding, they went the extra mile by discovering and repairing unrelated window issues at no extra cost.
Considering dad is 89 with Alzheimer's, the workers easily could have ignored the window problems and dad never would have known. Fortunately for us, Tom and his crew didn't let it go and this extra effort has helped add years to the condo exterior above and beyond the project scope.
We are impressed with the quality workmanship and couldn't be happier with the results. Dad's condo not only looks fantastic, but is also now much more weatherproof and comfortable inside.

They replaced our siding and gutters. The team was quick to answer our questions and was very communicative throughout the process. When we noticed something that needed attention, they were quick to address it.

Tom is a class act. I worked with him for over a year in the planning and eventual execution of a complete exterior remodel including full windows (not part of his scope but he helped plan that portion), replacement of cedar shake roof and full replacement of cedar siding/trim/facia to full LP Smartside (with Diamond Kote finish) and eventual installation of new gutters. There were bumps in the process and Tom helped work through everything to get things completed as planned. Doing a job of this size is never easy and Tom made sure to handle everything promptly and professionally. Highly Recommend.
