Admin Team very responsive during full process. During the job, team put down tarps around entire home to ensure they'd catch debris and nails. I appreciated that and I don't think all companies do things like this. Owner drove 30-60 minutes to our home to do a final check with work done and our satisfaction as well as final nail check. I was impressed he came himself. I felt like that added great value and we were a client that they cared about, even if it was a one time job. Thanks RE!

I needed facia repair. I was always kept aware of when they were coming to do the repair. Winter weather can make construction work difficult to complete. Yet they came. After 20+ years, it was time to replace the roof on our Belman home. I did my homework, and educated myself on what was originally installed in our Belman home; and what I needed to know about roofs to effectively compare quotations and value. From the very first contact; Resistance Exteriors differentiated themselves with knowledge, education, and support that dovetailed with best practices in roof replacement; great reviews, and all the Certainteed certifications. I obtained multiple proposals. Some were low balls, suggesting your "your flashing looks ok, I'll save you some money."; instead of explaining the process, their Certainteed certifications, and why you need to follow a solid replacement process to get the best long-term warranty and value. Andrew, my sales consultant; gained my trust with his knowledge; and then through the process; his constant follow up and follow through. Resistance exteriors replaced the roof on my house and the garage. My house is half RUBBER and half Asphalt. I worked with Tom though the whole process. He was very helpful in explaining different opinions for my roofing system. When it was time to start the project Tom was on site to get his crew started and to answer any questions or concerns I had. They covered all windows with wood to protect windows and used tarps to catch all debris. His crew members were very polite and worked fast while maintaining high craftsmanship. All work was completed one days time. Clean up was amazing I did not find one nail or piece of garbage in my yard anywhere. We hired Resistance Exteriors after we had our hands burned when we allocated the contract to another company and never showed up. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, and was great at informing us on everything related to what's going on with our roof, type of shingles, how they would install and how the work will happen on the day.He gave us very lots of information and also kept us communicated on the schedule and status. We were scheduled for August 10 but they made it a week before itself. The whole team of Resistance Exteriors is very professional and the attitude towards work was very meritorious. The team did a wonderful job!! They did the full tear off, re-shingle and skylights replacements in 8hrs.We are impressed with the way they started the job by taking pictures of our yard, so that when they clean, everything was right in same place when the job was done. All the trash went into dumpster and nothing was lying around. The whole yard was cleaned thoroughly, Andrew himself did final walk around and clean up again after the team, just to be assured nothing is left behind.We are extremely impressed with the work, the team knowledge, their execution & most important communication and timeliness. We would 101% recommend them to anyone!

I worked with Rob and he was a consummate professional. He made sure that I knew every aspect of the roofing process answering any questions that I had along the way. He made sure that we was updating me throughout the process so that I knew exactly when things were going to happen. They were able to do a complete tear off and replacement in ONE DAY! The crew was incredibly efficient and they took great care to make sure that none of our things were damaged by there work. Then they made sure to put all of the things back in the right place after they were done. The icing on the cake was them going all around our yard, driveway and deck with a rolling magnet to make sure that no stray nails were left behind. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

We have a large house with many different roof lines which made this a difficult replacement job. When Tom came to bid on the job he got up on the roof to inspect and found vent pipes caulk had worn out and were leaking and also a 5 foot section of roof vent that was missing and leaking which he fixed right then without having our commitment on the job. Tom and his crew did an excellent job on replacing our 21 year old roof and gutters. He runs a very professional operation, is responsive, and great about communicating status. I highly recommend this business!

We hired the company to fix a patch in the roof that was sagging. They did a great job fixing the sag in the roof and 5 months later we had water coming down the chimney when we called they came out the same day and found out the chimney top was severely cracked showed us pictures of the chimney. They caulked everything and said a mason needs to repair the chimney but they sealed everything they could said if needed anything to call them. I was so happy they came out as quickly as they did the same day and they found the problem. I would highly recommend this company there caring and professional service is hard to find.

After numerous quotes from other rude contractors that we felt were just trying to rip us off, we met Tom from Resistance Exteriors. After a few appointments of him coming by and spending the time with us explaining his product and the process we signed the deal. We are extremely happy we did. I cannot say enough good things about Resistance Exteriors. We did not plan on installing a new roof for quite some time, however when unanticipated circumstances threw a curveball in our direction of needing an entirely new roof, Tom and resistance exteriors were nothing beyond fantastic. Within a three week timeframe, we made the initial phone call to have a quote completed on our home and we had a brand new beautiful roof installed. Communication was nothing but prompt and detailed and the job completed on our home was nothing short of fantastic. There was no clean up on our end after the job was completed and Tom went above and beyond to make sure touch up painting and every small detail was taken care of. He was always available by text or phone and I never had to wait more then an hour for a response. Samples were dropped off promptly and the project was completed well before we ever anticipated it would be. It has completely given me piece of mind after seeing the roof still look the way it did the day it was installed after being through some pretty big rain and windstorms. From start to finish this was clearly a top of the line crew and company. Tom was very respectful and timely with all visits and information for questions we had. He helped walk us through color choices, style, and things that are commonly missed with other companies. Day of roof replacement, the team was very courteous and even though I had to work sent me pictures of the progress throughout the day. They have a great warranty on top of the manufacturers warranty as well. The price was right where I expected it to be after doing some home research. During recent downpours, we noticed a leak coming into the house from the chimney area; our roof has an incredibly steep slope which makes assessing it difficult. Tom of Resistance Exteriors was over first thing Monday to inspect and diagnose the issue.....he even used a drone to take up close pictures. His estimate was fair and quick and the work was done by Friday......his crew was clean and professional, and the responsiveness and committment to customer satisfaction were second to none. We would recommend Resistance for anybody's roofing project big or small.

if your in the market for a replacement roof, i can say that you wont go wrong selecting RE for your job. We spent months exploring our roofing options before we came across Tom & his company. After meeting with Tom & McClane we decided we'd like to work with them if the price came through (we had other quotes as well). Price was fair and communication was excellent. From the level of customer service I received, to the quick response time to the craftsmanship of the work done, this was an easy all-around FIVE STARS. We are in the process of selling our home and as part of the inspection, needed to fix a decorative support pillar on our front porch. Tom was a very responsible owner by checking on his crews to make sure that everything was being done properly, especially the clean up. Even when his crew were completely done he came back to check that there were no nails left behind that could puncture anyone’s tires. His crew was very polite to all of us that live in the condos, always saying good morning and making sure no one was in the areas where the old roof was being discarded. His rates were considerably less than 2 other estimates.Overall I would give him a 5 out of 5 star rating. Very nice individual who knows his business. The roof looks incredible.Job well done.

Tom and his crews (roof and gutter) were excellent to work with! They exceeded our expectations from day one when we called and asked for a quote admittedly only providing a two day window but Tom fit us into his calendar without blinking an eye. Tom got up on the roof (you might be surprised to know not every contractor does so), provided a detailed estimate and followed up just the right amount. Tom went out of his way on more than one occasion to meet the needs of our mortgage lender. His roofing crew were extremely hardworking and completed a total tear off in just one day. When we first started looking for roofers we decided to go with word of mouth and online reviews. We called seven different companies and of the seven only four responded. From the beginning though Tom and McClane were right on top of trying to earn our business. They met with us right away, walked us through the whole process (which we knew nothing about), and followed up immediately with any questions we had and never haggled us. That being said, we still got three other estimates from the other companies. But nobody really matched up to the professionalism and competitive pricing as Tom and McClane. As a business owner, it's rare to see the attention to detail, care, and speed of work performed as you do with Resistance Exteriors. I can't say enough good things about Tom and McClane. They are dependable, hard workers, that see a job through from beginning to end, and most importantly accountable. They hold themselves to higher standard and it shows in their work. They did my house, my son's house and in the future if I need any work done, they will be my go to company.

Tom was referred to us by a (very particular) colleague who has had a lot of trouble/expense with various cedar shake roofing providers over the years, and recommended Tom and Resistance Exteriors for their honest, timely & thorough work. While we have not yet replaced our roof, Resistance Exteriors has come to our home multiple times to monitor our roof’s decline and to make several repairs. Tom has given us a very thorough and honest assessment of our roof relative to the other roofing companies and quotes we received. Quoting a new roof, his pricing was 20% less than the replacement price quoted by the provider our neighborhood association recommended. Resistance Exteriors also replaced our neighbor’s roof and they were extremely happy with his workmanship and price.

I am so impressed with what RE's team did, it is hard to explain. As a small business owner myself, I know the challenges that can be placed in front of you. Not only did Tom and his crew honer every commitment they made, and they made a lot of them. they were spot on with everything they promised. Here are a few things they promised. To explain all work to be done, show pictures as they went along, timely work, friendly and polite crew, communication throughout the job, quality work, cleaned up after the job was completed, and then recapped the full job with great communication. The weather was a bit questionable, and Tom kept me in the know every step of the way. Texted info on the weekends, and anytime information was needed to convey. They got to the job on time, finished sooner than expected. Tom was at the job everyday, and was here first thing in the morning after the dumpsters were removed to do final cleanup and final inspection as well as, to answer any questions. Apparently Tom does not sleep, because he is always accessible for the customer and his crew. As a company, you can promise a lot of things... and Tom and his crew came through on everyone and more. Replaced an old roof on our house and the end result was fantastic. Tom and his crew were very personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about their work. Production was quick and he kept us posted with images and drone videos throughout the day. Went extra mile to clean up around the house. Customer service was incredible. We ended up needing an extra gutter extension after the job was done and Tom happily made that happen in a matter of days. Tom put a new roof on my parents’ entire custom built home a few years ago. It was complicated project with lots of angles and steep surfaces and his work was impeccable. I would definitely recommend Resistance Exteriors to anyone looking to have exterior work done. They were prompt, professional, efficient, very open and communicative and best of all cost effective.Tom came to inspect our roof after we noticed some water marks in the ceiling indicating leaks. He immediately understood that the issue was the DIY roof the previous owners installed improperly. Because Tom is such a great guy, he wanted to help us out. He gave us a prompt quote which seemed reasonable, and after getting a second estimate, Tom's quote was almost 40% less than the competition. Tom gave us day-by-day updates on when the work would start, the details, and timeline. At one point during the build late in the evening after the crew went home, we had a concern and Tom came out immediately to ensure everything was good. Definitely a fantastic local business!

Resistance Exterior has done my whole home the Windows , Siding , Trim and Gutter. Also in the future my roof ! Tom Cutts and his crew treated my concerns on my house as their home. They were Professional in their work and treatment of me.My journey started 3 years ago after some family issues, I didn't have much trust in contractors, I first asked for a couple of Windows to be replaced, Tom did them and I quickly realized that his suggestion and product selection were actually just what I wanted and requested.His knowledge was never aggressive but informative , as time went on I questioned options of face lifting my home which it needed desperately. We discussed financial and necessary fixes, like animals not getting in the eaves again he gave me the pros and cons of the face lift and most importantly he allowed me the time to make the decision.I came to the conclusion after my research that everything Tom had suggested was right on point and we came to an agreement. Tom and his crew showed up on our time table. Even when the crew was here with out Tom, they still worked as a team and was respectful of my home and property. Our Tudor home built in 1984 still had its original cedar shake roof when we purchased it 10 years ago. We nursed it along but needed to bite the bullet and replace the roof and gutter system. This was a significant financial investment given the cedar shake product and complex roof lines, so we researched roofing companies, met with several, and ultimately selected Resistance Exteriors. Thomas created the impression that his company provided a higher quality result with craftsmanship. He wasn't the cheapest but we wanted value and quality over mere price. Thomas and his crew delivered. Period. We are thrilled with the roof and gutter systems. Thomas listened to our needs, customized his approach to adapt to the peculiarities of drainage and aesthetic of our roof lines, was professional, reliable, easy to work with, good-natured, punctual, with a stable crew the entire job. Rarely found in today's business environment - he did what he said he was going to do! And he went above and beyond our expectations and his quote when he rectified several issues we didn't know we had, such as adding additional vents and ridgeline venting system that we should have had, but didn't previously. Beyond the top notch workmanship, Thomas puts a high value on keeping his clients well-educated and informed before, during, and after the job. Seriously, Thomas is incredibly attentive and communicative! My husband and I absolutely enjoyed working with him. We will hire Thomas again soon for custom windows. Impossible for me to see any transition from old to new shingling. Thomas Cutts stopped by Bark River Animal Hospital one windy day after noticing some of our shingles had blown loose, notified me of the situation, and repaired the damaged section promptly and reasonably. We had our gutters put in about a year ago and everything went amazing Thomas the owner is a stand-up guy and knows customer service is number one priority. Just recently we noticed a little bit of leaking out of our gutters and called Thomas to come take a look to see if there was something wrong or if it was just something normal. There was actually a small blockage of leaves in the middle of the gutters(which was my error for not cleaning them out enough) and Thomas came out and cleared out no problem. Even took a look at the rest of the gutters and house to make sure everything was looking good and clean. Gave us a bunch of great suggestions on how to stop the leaves from blocking up again. Will definitely do business with again as I stated before customer service is what matters most to Thomas and resistance Exteriors.Professional friendly and does the right thing for the client that's all describe this company.Thanks for being such a great person and Company we really appreciate it can't wait to do business again next year when we need some more stuff done on the house!
